Parmi les troubles du sommeil les plus courants se trouvent l\u2019insomnie, la somnolence excessive durant le jour, le manque de sommeil et les interruptions ou la fragmentation du sommeil.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que dans la qu\u2019une personne sur deux de la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u00e9clare avoir des troubles du sommeil au moins plusieurs jours par semaine. Chez les membres du PSP, ces troubles sont encore plus fr\u00e9quents et peuvent \u00eatre influenc\u00e9s par le travail par quarts, l\u2019exposition \u00e0 des traumatismes et les exigences physiques du travail.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous souhaitez en savoir plus et d\u00e9couvrir des strat\u00e9gies pour am\u00e9liorer votre sommeil, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pspnet.ca\/fr\/course\/demarche-accompagnee-du-soutien-dun-therapeute-ammelioration-du-sommeil\" type=\"course\" id=\"13395\">D\u00e9marche sur le sommeil<\/a> pourrait vous int\u00e9resser.
