We offer two therapist-guided courses which are currently available to PSP residing in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Quebec. They are:

These courses are therapist-guided, which means:
  • Therapist guidance is optional, and the amount of therapist guidance depends on the needs of each client (1 to 2 times a week).
  • Each week clients can send questions or concerns to their assigned therapist through a secure messaging system and the therapists respond to messages once or twice a week.
  • Therapists contact clients through secure emails or by phone.
  • Therapist support typically starts with 8 weeks and can be extended (up to 16 weeks).
  • Clients can access the course for up to one year after enrollment.

We offer two self-guided courses to PSP and their spouses or significant others anywhere in Canada. They are:

These courses are without therapist guidance, which means:
  • Clients are not assigned to therapists.
  • Clients receive automated emails every week encouraging them to complete the lessons.
  • Lesson materials are presented online every week over the course of 8 weeks.
  • Lessons are presented in an engaging manner, with homework given at the end of each lesson to help with learning the strategies.
  • Clients can access the lesson materials for up to 20 weeks after enrollment.
