Angelo Sison BA Honours Student Psychology

Angelo received his Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from the University of Regina in 2016. Currently, he is completing his final year of his Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology under the supervision of Dr. Heather Hadjistavropoulos and Dr. Jody Burnett. His focus for his Honours thesis is on the perceptions of Internet-delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (ICBT) among Public Safety Personnel, including First Responders. Angelo has experience working with children and youth with mental health and addictions needs, emergency receiving services, and residential services. As of now, he is a correctional officer at the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre. Angelo plans to pursue a career in policing and eventually transition into psychology later down the road.
