The PSPNET Team does not provide an emergency or crisis response service.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or having a mental health crisis, please seek help immediately. Help is available.

  • For an emergency or crisis situation, call emergency services: 911 (Ambulance/Police/Fire Service).
  • If able, go to the local hospital emergency department.
  • Contact Crisis Services Canada for advice by calling 1-833-456-4566
