Sleep Difficulties
What are sleep difficulties?
Sleep difficulties can show up in many ways — trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting truly restful sleep. Common issues include insomnia, daytime sleepiness, sleep deprivation, and interrupted or fragmented sleep.
About 1 in 2 people in the general population struggle with sleep at least a few days a week. For PSP, sleep difficulties are even more common, often influenced by shift work, trauma exposure, and the physical demands of the job.
