Online Courses for PSP

Our engaging online courses build practical skills in as little as eight weeks. You’ll have continued access to materials for six months to one year, depending on which course you choose. All courses are free and available in English or French.

Therapist-Guided Courses

Work through evidence-based lessons on a weekly basis anytime, anywhere while receiving personalized support from a registered therapist via secure online messaging or phone calls up to twice a week.

Currently available to PSP 18+ residing in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, or Saskatchewan.

  • Course materials are delivered online over eight weeks, with new content available each week.
  • Connect with your assigned therapist through secure online messaging or scheduled phone calls.
  • Therapist support is typically available for eight weeks but can be extended if needed.
