Dr. Didier Dolbec is an industrial-organizational psychologist who obtained his doctorate degree at the University of Sherbrooke in 2021. His thesis focused on the variables and the mechanisms that determine psychological health at work among individuals in atypical jobs. In the past few years, Dr. Dolbec continued to work on research papers, worked in the private and public sectors with the goal of improving mental health and performance in the workplace, and taught psychology courses at colleges and universities.
