PSPNET is committed to delivering exceptional online mental health care to public safety personnel.
About PSPNET
PSPNET specializes in Internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (ICBT) for public safety personnel (PSP). It’s like regular therapy but delivered via online courses. It’s private, convenient, and effective.
We know people often look for mental health help online, so we make sure PSP get high-quality, trusted support.
We’re part of the Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment (CIPSRT), based at the University of Regina, but with team members across Canada. Our founder, Dr. Heather Hadjistavropoulos, and co-investigator, Dr. R. Nicholas Carleton, are leading experts in the field.
What We Offer
We help PSP with common challenges like depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder and sleep. Through easy-to-follow online learning modules combined with weekly therapist support from a therapist by secure email or phone, PSP get effective, flexible care.
We have three main courses:
- Wellbeing Course for a range of mental health issues (also offered in a self-guided format)
- PTSD Course for posttraumatic stress symptoms
- Sleep Course for sleep concerns
