National French Implementation Lead
Amélie Fournier, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and researcher at the University of Regina and the National Francophone Implementation Lead for PSPNET (www.pspnet.ca). PSPNET is a federally funded, pan-Canadian program that provides free, confidential, internet-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (ICBT) tailored to current and former public safety personnel, including police, firefighters, paramedics, correctional workers, and other first responders. Dr. Fournier has played a key role in the national implementation and adaptation of PSPNET services across Canada, including the development and expansion of French-language services. Her work focuses on improving the implementation, accessibility, and user experience of digital psychological services, with particular attention to equitable access and culturally responsive care for public safety personnel.
