Dr. Heather Hadjistavropoulos is a Professor of Psychology and co-principal investigator of PSPNET Families. Dr. Hadjistavropoulos is a registered doctoral psychologist in Saskatchewan and an internationally recognized scholar in the area of internet-delivered cognitive behaviour therapy (ICBT). She is passionate about collaborating with clients, trainees, researchers, and organizations to improve client access to effective online interventions that support wellbeing. She is Founder and Principal Investigator of the Public Safety Personnel Internet-delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (PSPNET) team responsible for delivering and evaluating ICBT for public safety personnel across Canada. Dr. Hadjistavropoulos also leads the Wellbeing Innovation Lab at the University of Regina, and is Founder and Executive Director of the Online Therapy Unit which has been delivering and optimizing ICBT in Saskatchewan since 2010. Her work has been widely published in leading journals, recognized through national and international awards, and supported by substantial competitive funding focused on improving access to evidence-based mental health care.
